Cold-pressed almond oil is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E, which are beneficial for your skin, hair and health. It has a mild fragrance, which makes it ideal for diluting essential oils. It is very moisturizing and is quickly absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy residue on the skin.

HOW TO USE IT

Essential oils must be diluted in a base oil before use.
1 teaspoon = 5ml
For a 1% mixture: 1 drop of essential oil per teaspoon of base oil
For a 2% mixture: 2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of base oil
For a 3% mixture: 3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of base oil
