HOW TO USE IT

Inhalation:
Add essential oil to an aroma diffuser or put a few drops on a cotton ball/handkerchief and let it evaporate into the air. For a stronger effect, place a handkerchief under your nose and take a few deep breaths.

Roll on: Create a personalized blend of essential oils. Add 10 drops to the roller bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with base oil.
