FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We deliver the ordered products within 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
Delivery is made door to door, more precisely to the recipient's address through transport companies that provide transport services.
Delivery is free for all orders over HRK 499.00. For ordered goods in the amount of less than HRK 499.00, delivery is charged in the amount of HRK 35.00.
NOTE: Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery, and where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. You can find the list of islands HERE .
Shipments to the islands will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
The products will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When picking up the product, the customer is obliged to check for possible damage and report it immediately to the delivery person who delivered the goods. When taking over the goods, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note or the delivery note, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of takeover.

Information about the package via e-mail or sms
GLS informs you about the delivery of the package via e-mail or SMS, and gives you the option of choosing between several options related to delivery:
You receive information about the shipment even before the transport begins. You are informed in advance about the expected delivery time frame. You do not need to register to sign up. You have several delivery options to choose from.
Notice number 1 - goods ready for dispatch - When the goods are ready for dispatch, if you know that no one will be at the delivery address on that day to collect the package, you will be able to request another delivery day. The link received by email will take you directly to the GLS Delivery Manager where you can choose the following:
Delivery to the same address but on a different day.
Notice number 2 – when the goods are on the way - When the delivery person scans the package for delivery, the three-hour time frame of the expected delivery can be found out. Then you will be sent another email or text message, which will state the expected delivery time.
Notice number 3 - takes you to the menu of possible delivery options - If the first attempt to deliver the goods is not successful, you will receive a message via email or sms that will again contain a link to the GLS Delivery Manager where you will enter instructions related to the second delivery attempt.
